Just 3 days per week, 30 minutes per day. That’s it. I get myself up in the morning and think about nothing but knocking out those 30 minutes on those workout days. It’s mind over matter.
Have been eating a whole food plant based diet for 9 days now. I feel great. I have so much more energy.
Changing the diet alone only works with the moderate dish of exercise. I am on my way to better health.
