The Beast went out to play last night and drank from the tap of World of Craft Brewery. Dinner didn’t come until 8:30 PM. Yes, lots of fun and high sugar numbers this morning.
So the time is right this morning to rip and tear the muscle fibers to shreds and push all that damn sugar from storage. I feel like a ferocious, wild animal cut loose from the chains that bind me. I am finally starting feel the overwhelming strength of the resistance that fights me as I dare raise the bar once again. Normally I can hit that first set at 12 reps but this morning I feel challenged to the point of anger. I could have just as easily lowered the weight back down but instead I decided to just give it all out effort and be satisfied with less than a perfect set. For even more of a challenge I changed the sequence of how I am working my arms from bicep, tricep to tricep, bicep and found that it really does make a difference.
