I’m just about getting bored writing about “The Diabesity Challenge” each day and I know that many of my readers are getting tired of it too. Posting my progress each day is boring. Where by I should be focusing more on my workouts each day I find myself trying to come up with different subjects to write about that are related to this mission I am on.
For this reason and the fact that I haven’t written about too much else in a while, I have decided to post my weekly progress with this challenge on Saturdays. It will pretty much be a summary of my weekly progress filled with plenty of numbers, schedules and photos.
By doing this it will allow me the time to dedicate myself to the challenge of body building each morning without the worry of recording my results online while I am working my body. If I feel that I have the time or have a subject that I really want to write about I know that I will have a little freedom to write it. My most creative part of the day has always been the early mornings and it has always been where I have found my greatest inspiration.
For anyone who has been following “The Diabesity Challenge” each day I apologize for these changes, but I honestly feel that there may be more benefits found in a weekly post with a complete summary. Billy

Great idea! You seem to always have the focus where it belongs. Now that I’ve FINALLY resumed blogging, I’m doing it three times a week. It’s less pressure on me and makes sense.
You were right — like the flower grows, grieving takes time. Giving myself some space and doing what’s right for me.
