My visit with my primary went wonderful yesterday although it could take up to two weeks to get my A1C test results back as Jennifer will be on vacation next week. I always enjoy visiting with Dr. Byrne as she is always very informative about the latest discoveries in natural health.
I am looking at adding a little more cardio into my workout during the week to keep my metabolism moving at the end of the day. I was considering starting doing just a 15 minute intense walk 3 times a week after work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It seems that after I finish work I still have plenty of energy and it is usually that 45 minute drive home in rush hour traffic that seems to drain me. By adding something a little positive when I come home may get my metabolism heightened which will allow me to complete my day with a little added calorie burn. For today it is a day of rest and I will allow my body to recover from all of the intense workouts this week.
