Diabesity Challenge Day #45 – The Beast is Back

00007-2Opposed to yesterday, today I woke up a little later filled with energy and it is showing through in my workout. I am killing it today as I pump these arms up. Not only am I taking each set to the very last rep, I am actually trying one more. I don’t have much time so I am moving very quickly today. The Beast has come out once again and melded into my very existence during these workouts. I am the Beast. Ripping, tearing and shredding muscle and then repairing. This I believe is the key factor in controlling Type II Diabetes. It’s all about forcing glucose out the cells and replacing it with the glucose in the blood stream. It’s all about work. Work is what the human body is genetically conditioned to do. Work hard and rest well while eating those foods which are supplied by nature.

Blood Sugar and Body Weight are both down and I am happy. It’s been a long time but I think I am finally back in the groove and doing things right. The diet yesterday consisted of a protein shake 30g and a bowl of oatmeal after the workout. Mid morning another 30g Protein Shake. Lunch was hotdogs, beans and sauerkraut. Dinner fish and asparagus with a little rice.
