I woke up late this morning and am pushing through my morning workout as quickly as possible with causing injury. This is how I should be working out each morning. Sometimes I take to long between sets where as I shouldn’t go past two minutes. When I complete my routine I should be experiencing the feeling of total exhaustion.
When it’s workout time, it’s workout time and I should be prepared to take it Fast, Hard and Furious. This isn’t play time, this is time set aside for a serious muscle burning routine. These are my moments in the day where I can explode with aggression and let the Beast within me come out and play. There is a hidden anger within all of us and while we try to suppress it most of the day we find that eventually it must be released. I am releasing it all during this strength training routine this morning. Ahhhhh.
