Over Stimulation

Plaid or stripes? Flats or heels? Tall or grande? Latte or drip? Soy milk? Almond milk? Rice milk? Before you’ve taken your first sip of coffee, the decisions have started. About SimpleLivingOver50

At 53 years old I am starting to realize how life changes both physically and emotionally. I strive for a life of simplicity. I am winning the battle with type II diabetes, created a plan to have all debt paid off in 4 years including the house, taking advantage of every opportunity to live life to it's fullest through adventures in nature, hiking, biking, loving and learning.

And what’s scary, all that mind fatigue just over a deck stain….even sadder the big box stores employees really have no idea what’s better than the other….moving to a smaller town has had its benefits….we do have the local hardware store which has been here for 100 years, family handed down…so when you ask them about the heat verses whatever your doing, they really have an answer…LOL the same with some of the other small business in town in town…however the down fall is some of my favorite stores have been rejected here…Trader Joe’s, for one…oh well trade offs in live not matter what situation your in….thanks Billy….kat

I feel this pretty deeply. I’m currently trying to figure how to simplify my dress code. I’m down to 30 different items but I still feel I’m spending too much time deciding what to wear. I’m thinking of heading towards the ‘suit look’ 2 pairs of jeans and 4 shirts for the winter and the exact same but sleeveless shirts and skirts for the winter. Changing to adapt whatever surroundings I may be in for example, I got a job or suddenly went clubbing every weekend.
