Yesterday consisted of a protein shake for breakfast, a bagel and cream cheese in the mid morning, a salad and tuna for lunch, and hotdogs, beans, sauerkraut and coleslaw for dinner.
Today is sleep in Wednesday. LOL. I ended up sleeping a little later than normal and had just enough time to challenge myself on the treadmill before I had to get ready for work. But Hey, I really kicked some ass on that treadmill this morning. Grrrrrrrrr.
