Even with the Allegra I am taking for these allergies I still woke up this morning feeling like total crap. I will get through this workout this morning but I got to tell ya, I don’t feel like doing it. I have to wait two weeks before I can get in to see my doctor and I have to say that I am a little frustrated. By the time I make it in allergy season may be over. I will just have to suck it up and do the best I can.
My diet pretty much sucked again yesterday and the problem is that I am seeking out comfort foods. This weekend I will find some local honey at the Saturday Morning Farmers Market and start taking a teaspoon a day. It’s amazing how nature can break you down to a point where your body actually feels sick.
I am starting to like the idea of strength training every other day rather than every day. I feel a lot stronger than I did if I had hammered out some weight yesterday. Just that one day of muscle rest I believe will make a huge difference.
