I am feeling pretty exhausted this morning after what seemed to be a very active day at work yesterday. Yet I still have enough energy to push through the morning workout. I fasted for 18 hours yesterday without any problems with hunger and it made lunch that more delicious with steak, asparagus, a half of a baked potato and salad. Dinner was two Hebrew National hotdogs with a few beans, sauerkraut and a salad.
Blood Sugar is back down under 100 again and body weight dropped slightly. This is the zone I am supposed to be in and it feels good. It takes time and consistency to find this groove and the thing that I have to remember is to stay true to this plan and over time it will become second nature. On mornings like this one where I find myself lacking energy I find a way to push through the workout routine even if it’s not my best effort. I will do the best I can and anything more than that would just be foolish today. There will be days like these the same as there will be days of high energy. Just go with the flow Billy, go with the flow.
Now the funny thing is that as I started my workout with low energy I seemed have built up energy during the workout. So I had a great workout anyway and I feel incredible.
