Yesterday was an extremely good day and it is definitely showing through in my numbers. Blood glucose came down into the 70’s this morning and body weight dropped 4 pounds. Now I know that dropping 4 whole pounds in a day is just a reflection of lost water weight so I am drinking plenty of water today. I am sure that it will be back up tomorrow. I fasted until noon when I ate a bowl of strawberries and blueberries and a handful of pistachio nuts. Dinner was a chicken caesar salad with chicken I seasoned and cooked on the grill. Overall I ate very little yesterday and still didn’t feel hungry.
The workout was awesome and both the treadmill and bowflex routine keep progressing to higher levels. I may be able to reach a point where I can walk 3 miles in 40 minutes.
