So yesterday I had one of those days where I purposefully made a big mistake. It was a co-workers birthday and we found ourselves at lunchtime at a Mexican Restaurant. Yea, I ate a lot. Most of the ingredients were natural other than the shell of the burrito and the chips. The one good thing was that it brought me into a light dinner which consisted of a little beef, a lot of pea’s and a little bit of potato.
Despite the big lunchtime meal I find myself in a good position once again with an acceptable blood sugar reading and lower body weight. Yesterday I ate breakfast at 8:00 AM which reduced my fast to 14 hours. I had strawberries, blueberries and nuts.
My strength training session this morning was insane with reps as I feel my body demanding more of a challenge. Despite raising the weights again I still pushed the envelope to way too many reps as you can see below. I believe I will be raising the bar pretty soon so that my strength matches the challenges of resistance I am working.
The progress I have made so far in just 5 days has been amazing and I look forward to pushing the plan through for another 360 days to see where it will take me.
