Divine Surge Protector Intervention

rp6480Twenty minutes, 1 mile, that’s it. That is all I did on the treadmill this morning as I had set out to do. The funny thing about this mornings walk was that as I got near the end I got that feeling like I wanted to push on a little more to many take on two miles. Through divine surge protector intervention the circuit breaker popped at exactly 20 minutes. Looks like I do have someone watching over me.

It wasn’t any kind of problem as all I had to do was push a button to reset the breaker on the surge protector, but I thought it was pretty interesting that it shut me down at exactly 1 mile.

My thoughts yesterday as I tried to be mindful about foods I am eating gave way to thoughts that it seems to me that eating heavy in the morning with a light lunch and dinner is a natural pattern for me. Higher carbs early when I become most active and then winding down with whole foods for lunch and dinner. I am not hungry when I first get up but as the morning moves on I tend to crave energy foods to get my day started.

My body weight shows a little higher this morning as I toppled 190 lbs but I am not too concerned about this as I know and understand my natural pattern of saving fat and burning fat. At 55 I am still very active and usually move more quickly during the day than a 30 year old. The weight will start to drop and to honest with you with all of the working out I did last year before the winter set in seemed to place the weight gain in the right area’s.
