After working with MoneyDance for Mac most of the day yesterday I finally managed to get my bank accounts set up. I have to admit that it was a huge pain in the ass as it really is a learning curve to figure it all out. So far, Mint is showing to be the superior product, but that may change as I learn to manage and manipulate MoneyDance. I still have two other account in the form of an IRA and 401K that I am trying to get set up, but am finding that there are definitely some curve balls that are being thrown my way.
I still long for the ease of working with my Windows laptop as I have been a Microsoft guy since back in the DOS days, but I will push forward and continue to learn more about this other system they call OS. What I am learning is that there is less room for error on a mac and the operating system itself is pretty much fool proof. I don’t have to worry about things like viruses, but I still have a virus protection program running. Although I purchased a mouse I hardly use it because the trackpad and key combinations make it so much easier to work. And I love the compact design and the fact that I can take it with me and get 12 hours of battery life while working in the field.
It looks like both my weight and numbers are both coming back down again. The funny thing is that I haven’t worked out in many days now other than the tough yard work I did over the weekend, and my diet hasn’t been the greatest. I am really wondering if taking this probiotic each day along with eating fermented foods is starting to work. And I am wondering if there is a direct connection between gut health and Type II Diabetes.
