All it takes is just a few days of mistakes to get off track. Yesterday was was a pretty incredible day as we spent time with our granddaughter at the Dahlia Festival here in Oregon. She had a great time as we all did, but of course we went out to eat. I ended up eating a half of a Reuben sandwich and a half of a Philly Cheese steak and chased it down with 2 IPA’s. With no workout yesterday I can see the results of this mistake this morning in my blood test. I can also see that my body weight is creeping back up once again and I really don’t like it.
Anyway, today is another day and I will get back on track once again. The good thing is that I had no problems at all with IBS and that was a good thing, especially when you are hiking around a field of flowers.
