After lifting yesterday I did do a bit of eating during the day, but I have to say that is was all healthy. I waited until 10:00 to have breakfast which was cottage cheese and strawberries and a yogurt. Lunch was a lamb chop with green beans and sweet potato then as I got hungry after lunch I munched on mixed nut uber bars. Dinner was stuffed squash with sausage and a few slices of tomato’s.
Since I haven’t lifted heavy in a while I am sore, but not too bad. My weight and numbers reflect that I had a good day and I had no problems with IBS. Today I am taking a day off from working out and I will be visiting my primary care physician this morning to get a blood test done and discuss my problems lately with IBS and what I can do to start repairing my gut flora. I will have further updates tomorrow morning about what is going on.
