Here it is day #3 of the new cardio burn routine and my target was set at burning 2 lbs of fat per week for a total of 5 weeks. This means that in 35 days I should see my body weight at 170 lbs. or something close to it. Thus so far in just two days I have already dropped 2 lbs and am not surprised. With any new workout which concentrates on burning fat you will always see fast results early in the journey.
The key is consistency and continued efforts to keep pushing forward and expect smaller results as time passes. I may get through these first two weeks with flying colors and hit my desired mark each week, but it will be the last several weeks where I will have step up my efforts each day to keep my metabolism in high gear to keep that daily fat burn hot and strong.
Each day I must go into the mindset that I want to go just a little bit harder and a little bit longer than the day before and eat a little bit healthier. It is not about perfection but totally about making progress. I will reach my goal!
