Workout Hiatus is Over, I’m Back

lol-1So here we are boys and girls, Monday morning and I am ready to start working out once again. It has been 10 long lays since I did any type of workout at all and today is the day that I break the chains that bind me. Easing back into a workout routine is no easy task after so many days away from it as our bodies become accustomed to the current situation we put them in, but in the same sense soon it will recognize that working out each morning is the normal.

I will be concentrating my efforts on burning fat and cardio will be my main source reaching my goals. I will be blending in some light lifting which means for me heavy weight and just one set to breaking point. As always I will be watching my diet carefully and monitoring both my blood sugar and body weight each day to keep things on track. And here we go…

Blood Sugar- 106, Weight- 181.8

Distance- 3.01 miles
Time- 44:27
Calories Burned- 351.2
