I don’t normally post articles outside of Word Press, however I found this one to be excellent and with permission of it’s author decided to link it. Enjoy.

  1. Never realized it reduces blood pressure. I firmly believe in outside time for kids. I try to keep my grand baby outside as long as I can every day.

I LOVE going for walks. I’ve been using the humidity as an excuse this summer – it’s freakin’ brutal. But, it’s starting to cool down just a tad. I’m gonna start back soon

Thank you for this post. It is important to do anything. Just a little bit of exercise consistently makes all the difference! You can’t out exercise a diet. But the best diet wont do much if you don’t get blood pumping to take those nutrients to the cells. And… walking is the easiest thing to do for most. If you not willing to sneaker up then say goodbye to your health!

So glad so many enjoyed the post. And thanks again to Simple Living Over 50 for sharing this. I personally walk as much as I can (just walked 2 miles to my nearest cafe to do a little blog work) and I find it truly refreshing to my body and my mind! šŸ™‚

    • Outstanding! I do love all of your posts about walking. It is truly one of the things humans should be doing. You got a lot of likes on the reblog and rightfully so. Keep up the good work. Billy
