Finding a Park for Jonah

So this morning’s walk here in Tampa is all about finding a park to take Jonah to. After a nice breakfast the young man is certainly ready to blow off some energy. And it is exactly the thing that Pop Pop’s like to do.

My Morning glucose reading was pretty high once again but as I am still eating foods that are not Type II Diabetes friendly. I will start getting back on track with eating a little healthier today, well maybe? We shall see. I wanted to start getting in afternoon walks but am finding that helping out with a 2 week old and a 14 month old sure is challenging. Wfewwww.

Taking care of a 2 week old and a 14 month old requires more energy and stamina than beast training! Grandchildren are worth every ounce of energy. Enjoy each and every moment to the maximum.

  3. Doesn’t sound like a Holiday holiday Billy. You will probably need a Holiday to get over this holiday if you have spent it helping out with the Grand children!!
    Have a great time!
