I am lifting heavy today and it feels really good. My muscles have been waiting to be challenged and today I am putting them to the test once again. It is time to get back on track and with a balanced approach of heavy weights every other day and cardio between should allow my body to both start burning fat once again and building muscle. This is not a new approach for me a I am simply doing the same routine that gave way to a reduction in body fat. I will be rocking this routine for 90 days along with maintaining a balanced paleo diet and will be anticipating positive results.
One new thing I learned over this past week is that it is OK to take off a week here and there. If it has to have a label maybe we can call it a “Workout Vacation”. Just like any vacation we go on, as we get closer to the last days it seems that we long for getting home. So today I am working out hard and it feels good to be back home once again.
