Resting when Sick

I had a pretty tough day yesterday with suffering through a day of work with what felt like some type of virus in my gut. I spent a great deal of the day in the bathroom and I don’t need to get into full details, but I can tell you that it wasn’t very pleasant. I thought about going home several times but decided to just push through the day. I even gave into eating 2 rolls for lunch thinking that it would help with anything that was going on down there and for the most part it did temporarily and is probably accounting for my higher blood glucose reading this morning.

I am feeling pretty good right now, but for obvious reasons I have decided to give my body a day of rest. If I do have a foreign invader in my body I need all of my energy to be concentrated on destroying it.

Blood Sugar- 105, Weight- 172.0

NO WORKOUT TODAY

Meals
Breakfast- Cottage Cheese
Lunch- Pork Chops, Potato Pancakes
Dinner- Steak, Salad
