Sometimes you get dizzy, your world shrinks to only what is directly in front of you. Although staying conscious is easy, you feel as though you’re fighting to keep it. This is followed by an uncontrollable hunger and emotions such as confusion, frustration, anger, rage, and desperation set in and it seems that people either stop associating with you or are constantly hurt by you. These are symptoms that you are becoming insulin resistant, early stages of diabetes or hypoglycemia are probably in your near future if you don’t change something.

Some people believe you are what you eat. Now there is a difference in how much they believe it and how much it actually affects their eating habits…
