As I pass the 1 year mark of being a non-smoker I find that this post is fitting. Wow, I can’t believe that it has been 1 whole year!

About SimpleLivingOver50

At 53 years old I am starting to realize how life changes both physically and emotionally. I strive for a life of simplicity. I am winning the battle with type II diabetes, created a plan to have all debt paid off in 4 years including the house, taking advantage of every opportunity to live life to it's fullest through adventures in nature, hiking, biking, loving and learning.

Wow, congratulations!!! *high five* I managed to quit smoking when I was 26 after years of hating it and trying again every Monday (I had smoked since I was 12 and I was smoking a pack a day by my mid teens). My success only came after I took up rowing and I finally had to choose one or the other because I just couldn’t do both! Cheers to your beautiful success 🙂
