I am very pleased with my numbers this morning and it is another day of evidence to prove that what I am doing is working. Today I decided to take the day off of working out, not just because I am do for a day off, but also because I am meeting with a recruiter this morning to help me find employment. Later in the day If I have the energy I may do a late morning or afternoon workout, but as of right now I am giving myself permission to take a day off.
It is days like these when I am not working out that I have to work my diet like a scientist and make sure that I put nothing in my body that would cause my blood sugar to rise. So even protein foods I must eat at a minimum.
So let’s get this day started, it will be a positive one.
Blood Sugar- 81, Weight- 170.2
WORKOUT REST DAY
Breakfast- Sausage, Peppers and Eggs
Lunch- Corned Beef, Cabbage
Dinner- Fillet of Flounder, Broccoli
