Blood Sugar – 106

I am having fun in Bradenton FL. Yesterday we hung out on the beach and was amazed at the mind of a one year old. It is not easy staying with people as we love having our own space, but on the other hand they are pretty incredible company. I miss my daily workout routine and yet to be able to find my groove here and am thinking that due to the busy schedule with family the workouts aren’t going to happen until we get back to Oregon. I am taking meteor in and yet my blood sugar is staying over 100 which makes me a little nervous. Despite the fact that I have been eating as well as I can I am still taking in a great deal of highly processed foods and my gut has noticed the negative change. But I will get through this and probably learn from it and start creating a plan for future travel. I am learning how to type pretty good from this I Phone. LOL

  2. James says:

I visited my parents for about a week over Christmas and didn’t have access to a gym. I went on long walks in the afternoon when my Dad (Mom and Dad are both 83) would take his nap. Not as satisfying as the full treatment at the gym, but at least I got some activity in. Besides, I hear it’s good to take a break from the gym (or gym equipment) every now and then.
