03-07-15 – Happy Birthday Billy

Southwest-airlinesToday I spend my 54th Birthday over America on a Southwest Flight to Tampa Florida. I can’t wait to feel the warmth of the rays of the sun. During the next 10 days my posts may be quite different from what I normally post. I plan on keeping a simple workout routine and will eat as well as I can, but be warned that I may be a little naughty. LOL

Blood Sugar – 93, Weight – 167.8

No workout today other than running through Airports.

Meals
Breakfast – Peppers & Eggs
Lunch – To be Determined
Dinner – To be Determined

About SimpleLivingOver50

At 53 years old I am starting to realize how life changes both physically and emotionally. I strive for a life of simplicity. I am winning the battle with type II diabetes, created a plan to have all debt paid off in 4 years including the house, taking advantage of every opportunity to live life to it's fullest through adventures in nature, hiking, biking, loving and learning.

Enjoy your trip. Tampa is my hometown! If you are going to indulge and you like Cuban food, check out the Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City, one of my favorites.

I was camping in the wet cold for your birthday, and loving every minute of it. Happy belated birthday to you. It looks like you are in a great place to drop a lure in the water. 😉 Shalom, Jorc
