Today I decided to take a day of rest from the workout world. Hopefully if the weather holds out I will be hiking this afternoon and spend some time with Mother Nature. Again my morning glucose reading has gone down, but I am noticing my body slowly creeping up. Without making any major changes to my diet the added weight is a sign of overworking muscles and causing inflammation. So the best cure for this is simply chilling out and allowing my body to heal itself.
