Days like these are enough to make you say, WTF is going on. And it is days like these you have to mindful to not let it get you down. Just keep pushing and changing, it will get better.     I notice basically zero carbs for meals. Has something to do with sugar and diabetes I’m assuming. Will power! Good for you!

    • Yes, it is all an experiment. Right now I try to stay in a state of ketosis to allow my body to burn the body fat. It is working and I have more energy than ever. I learned about it in Jimmy Moores book “Keto Clarity”.
