02-13-15 – Friday – Speedy Workout and Creatine for Joint Pain

It appears to me that the creatine is really helping out with joint pain as I haven’t felt any pain at all in either my right should or left elbow joint. So while it is helping with Type II Diabetes, it also helps with retaining fluid in the joints. I wonder if it would have the same effect for arthritis?

I am still plugging away with resistance exercises although I know I should be working in some cardio. Well, I have the weekend ahead of me for that. My blood sugar came down pretty quickly after that bought with chinese food, and my body weight is staying steady. Today I am lifting heavy and fast due to the fact that I woke up a little later this morning. I am still getting in a quality workout, but I am doing it a little faster than normal leaving less rest time in between sets.

Bowflex – ARMS
Tricep Pulldown- 70/70- 12, 10, 8
Dips- 155/155- 21, 24, 15
Curls- 75/75- 12, 8, 8
Hammer Curls- 50/50- 10, 9, 8

Breakfast – 2 Eggs, 2 Bacon
Lunch – Steak, Mixed Vegetables
Dinner – Chicken Parm, Broccoli
