It has been over a week and I am due for a day of rest. Yea, I have been really pushing it hard and my body is calling for a break. Today is a day of healing and recovery.

A DAY OF REST

Meals
Breakfast – 2 Eggs, 2 Bacon
Lunch – Pea Soup
Dinner – Chicken Wings, Broccoli

  2. Over 50 is definitely a different world, at almost 59, I’m just figuring this out! This is my year to get myself in gear and ready for the 60’s… yikes! Thanks for the inspiration!
