02-08-15 – Sunday – Keep the Wild Animal in the Cage

OK. So my blood glucose is back under 100 again and weight is down also. I am lifting hard today, I feel good and all is right with the world. As of right now I believe that I have it all dialed in and as long as I continue on the same path I am going Type II Diabetes no longer has a tight grip on me. Like a wild animal in a cage, if you don’t open the cage the animal cannot attack and hurt you.

Fly’s- 80/80- 13, 11, 11

Meals
Breakfast- FAST
Lunch- 2 Egg, 2 Bacon, 2 Sausage
Dinner- Chicken Wings, Broccoli
