The Benefits of Lemon Water

More than a year ago I decided to start drinking lemon water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It is a cheap and easy way to boost vitality, cleanse your system, and improve and maintain your health. It might be hard at the beginning, but after few mornings it becomes a pleasant routine. It is a simple ritual that I faithfully follow every morning: I simply squeeze a half of a lemon in a glass of water (room temperature) and drink it.

These are some of the health benefits of drinking lemon water in the morning:
