Let’s get straight to the correct answer:
Women who lift weights build muscle mass which results in increased metabolism, power and ass-kicking ability.
The great news is that unless you sport a beard, testicles and/or Adam’s apple, you don’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of waking up one morning with rippling thighs and bulging biceps.
