Should I use weights when I work out?

Dear Wanting,

If I had a nickel for every time a woman asked me that question I would have, well, about a hundred nickels.

Let’s get straight to the correct answer:

Women who lift weights build muscle mass which results in increased metabolism, power and ass-kicking ability.

The great news is that unless you sport a beard, testicles and/or Adam’s apple, you don’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of waking up one morning with rippling thighs and bulging biceps.

Need further convincing? Do these female lifters look scary?
