With all of the heavy resistance exercises I have been doing over the last several days I can see that my body is going through a period of inflammation as it is healing all of the torn muscles tissue that I ripped apart. My body weight is up, although my blood sugar is staying pretty steady at healthy numbers. I am taking it easy today and allow my body to heal.

Breakfast – FAST
Lunch – 2 Eggs, 2 Sausage, 2 Bacon
Dinner – Chicken Wings, Cabbage
