Macros, it’s what you eat and drink. It adds up quickly and most Americans don’t think they have time. If you can Pin, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, you can track your macros. Sadly, the truth is we don’t want the accountability.

Now if you are WEIGHT LOSS driven, you’re in a stressful hurry up mindset. It’s like that little brat in Willy Wonka that screams “I want it now!”

Most people who are considered over weight or obese should have the mindset of changing their health first for the long term effects. We, myself included, have neglected our bodies for so long and it took something chronic to wake us up. High blood pressure, hormone and adrenal imbalances, type 2 diabetes, headaches, food allergies etc. So to lose fat, you have to pay attention to your health. We can’t get around it.
