01-28-15 – Wednesday – Added Leg Exercises to Routine

After a well deserved day of rest yesterday I am cranking up the leg exercises this morning. I brought my squats up to 200 lbs with 3 sets. I am experiencing some major heart pumping and I can feel the resistance on my legs pretty intensely. Legs are one part of my body that I have been ignoring for a long time now, but as I am getting into better shape now I feel that it is time to start getting the full body workout. Looking back I feel that leaving the leg routine out right from the beginning was a huge mistake as it would of added a great deal of opportunity to burn more fat.

Blood Sugar – 87, Weight – 167.6

Bowflex – LEGS
Squats – 100/100- 18, 15, 12
Calf Raises – 100/100- 18, 15, 12
Situps – 100/100- 3×10, 3×7, 3×4
Leg Lifts (abs) – 7, 10, 12

Meals
Breakfast – 2 Eggs, 2 Bacon
Lunch – Beef Bone Broth
Dinner – Lamb Chops, Spinach
