Just Incredible! My weight, once again has dropped to an all time low coming in at 164.8 this morning, while my blood sugar is down to a very healthy 83.
For anyone who isn’t already convinced that a paleo diet, moderate exercise, a good sleeping pattern and the avoidance of stress will not lead to the reduction of the unhealthy effects of Type II Diabetes, well, I am becoming a living proof. I am building some pretty attractive muscles, while burning excess body fat and I have to say, I look pretty good naked. I am very proud of the progress that I have been making, but I will continue on this journey until there is no doubt in my mind what-so-ever, that this is the physical cure for Type II Diabetes.
I feel good as my mind is totally focused each day, and have lost all of that mind fog I used to have eating carbs. My memory has become sharper and my overall energy each day is just incredible. Oh, and I sleep like a baby at night. I know I still have a lot of work ahead of me, like learning to eat more raw vegetables each day and changing my workouts more towards a crossfit style of training, but these changes will come with time.
