01-20-15 – Tuesday – Cold is Gone, Workout? Bring it On!

I feel as if my body has won the war on destroying whatever bugs were attacking my system and I am once again ready to take on my Bowflex. After no workouts for almost a week now I am finding this morning’s routine tough to get into, especially when it has been almost 3 weeks since I last did an ARMS workout. I will give it my best effort and take each set to the highest rep.

After watching my body weight go down over the last week or so, I will have to be mindful on Wednesday morning that with muscle building exercises it is always followed by inflammation and thus weight gain.

Blood Sugar – 80, Weight – 167.0

Bowflex – ARMS
Tricep Pulldown – 70/70- 11, 9, 6
Dips – 155/155- 17, 17, 17
Curls – 70/70 – 15, 10, 11
Hammer Curls – 50/50- 12, 12, 10
Situps – 80/80- 3×15, 3×12, 3×10

Meals
Breakfast – 2 Eggs, 2 Bacon
Lunch – Pot Roast, Carrots
Dinner – Sausage and Peppers
