I am spending a little time this morning going through paperwork and organizing certain things in preparation for taxes. I only do a little each weekend as not to get stressed out. By the time I am ready to complete my Federal and State taxes I will be ready and it should make the chore less gruesome. I will have everything set up like the old “See and Say”. I pull the string and… “Here are your medical expenses”, “Here is your income”, “Here is your donations”. LOL And who said doing taxes couldn’t be fun.
I am trying a 24 hours fast by simply not eating dinner last night and skipping breakfast this morning. It will actually break down to 22 hours without eating food. It is 6 AM right now and I feel great. My body weight went up slightly but my morning glucose has dropped once again. The one rule about fasting with type II diabetes is that if you feel like your blood sugar is going to low, then it is time to break the fast. So far, so good.
Blood Sugar – 78, Weight – 169.4
Bowflex – LEGS
Squats – 80/80- 20, 18
Calf Raises – 50/50- 18, 15
Situps – 3×12, 3×14
Breakfast – Fast
Lunch – 2 Eggs, 2 Bacon, 2 Sausage
Dinner – Ribs, Butternut Squash
