It is a glorious Saturday morning as I am observing my morning results. My blood sugar is down in a normal range and my body weight dropped down to an all time low. This means to me that some of the recent changes that I made are working. I will continue in my mission to fine tune both my diet, exercise, sleep pattern and stress level until I find the perfect balance.
While at Natural Grocer’s yesterday I found a new snack. Snackmasters Beef Jerky offers me another option that will quiet the beast inside me between meals. I don’t get ravenous very often other than after dinner, but I did yesterday. I had a few small pieces of this beef jerky at around 2:30 yesterday afternoon and again after dinner last night. Both times I was satisfied with the results as it turned off my cravings. The only other snack that I found to do this was sardines and man certainly cannot snack on sardines alone.
