01-06-15 – Tuesday – Shoulder Pain

Last night I messed up. After dinner I ate a bunch of crackers as I felt like I couldn’t get enough. I haven’t felt this way in a while and I am trying to pinpoint the reason why. I believe it is because I reduced my breakfast down to just one egg yesterday, because I felt ravenous at lunchtime. So today I am going back to eating a bigger breakfast and see where it takes me.

I am still experiencing the same shoulder pain that I felt for over the past year even before I started working out. The last time I talked with my doctor about it he prescribed some simple exercises to build up certain muscles, but here we are over a year later and I am still having problems with it. I don’t like that word surgery too much, but I am starting to wonder now. Is this just a sign of aging, or is it something else?

Blood Sugar – 106, Weight – 171.6

NO WORKOUT TODAY

Breakfast – 2 Eggs, 1 Sausage, 1 Bacon
Lunch – Meatloaf, Asparagus
Dinner – Ham, Cabbage
