My numbers are slightly elevated today and I will take note that with the morning fast on the weekends it is the morning workout that excels the fat burning mechanism. It worked Saturday where I worked out on the treadmill and fasted until noon and my numbers where significantly lower on Sunday morning. But just doing the fast on Sunday without the workout brought my numbers back up slightly on Monday morning.
Intermittent fasting is pretty new to me and I am not sure if it will work with Type II Diabetes. But I do have a good feeling that it may just be one of the keys in winning the war.
I am slowly learning through my own biohacking that living with Type II Diabetes doesn’t have to be a life of starvation, shooting insulin and taking medication. It can be a life of eating delicious food while being in the best shape of your life. I will read, learn and experiment and find the answer to living a thriving life with this disease.
