01-04-15 – Welcome Baby Girl

Blood Sugar – 83, Weight – 170.2

Breakfast – Fasting
Lunch – 2 Eggs, 2 Sausage, 2 Bacon
Dinner – Meatloaf, Green Beans

Yesterday I incorporated a fast into my diet by skipping breakfast and going right to lunch without eating. This seems to work to my benefit as both my blood sugar and weight have dropped this morning. At this time I don’t believe this will benefit my work week, but may be a positive tool to use on my weekends. I will go one more day with my morning fast and see where my numbers are in the morning.

I have decided not to workout today as we didn’t get home from the hospital until 4:30 AM this morning. Hospital you say? Oh no, I am fine. You see we spent some quality time with my stepson Abe and his wife Nicole. Nicole had a baby girl and named her Lillian James. Lillian weighed almost 8 lbs and is just a beautiful baby. At this time I am being very careful not to publish this post until Abe and Nicole actually post something on social media for the world to see.
