So I conducted an experiment yesterday where while being in repair mode, meaning not exercising, I would try to eat carbohydrates. I set out with eating a 5 guys burger on the roll in the afternoon and a bowl of crackers during the Rose Bowl. As predicted it didn’t turn out so well. My blood sugar is crazy high this morning and my body weight went back up over 170. Lesson Learned!
