11-04-14 – Tuesday – Back in Ketosis

I am changing the way I do situps on the exercise ball. I am leaning back as far as I can go and stop, then slowly situp to the breaking point. I am getting more intensity and burning in my abs. It feels like my body is back in a ketonic state and I want to keep there and allow that fat to burn. I know this feeling well now. I feel less lethargic or rather much sharper in my mind. I love this feeling, it truly my natural state of being.

3:30 AM – Blood Sugar – 107, Weight – 173.4
Bowflex – CHEST
Bench Press – 310 lbs.- 19, 19, 18
Incline Press – 310 lbs.- 13, 13, 11
Decline Press – 310 lbs.- 15, 14, 10
Fly’s – 160 lbs.- 12, 12, 10
Situps – 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20 = 200
