As I woke this morning I was looking for that “All Healed” feeling in my body, but as I still have aches and pains I decided for one more day of healing. It is funny how you can believe that you are in great shape, but do just on strenuous activity out of your normal routine and you will quickly learn that there are parts of your body that are not being worked. This all stems out of spending the day Sunday building raised bed gardens. Carrying heavy lumber, bending, lifting and working on my knees for 4 hours really kicked my ass. So what have I learned from this experience – There are probably lots of aerobics exercises that I am currently missing in my daily routine that could make me that much more stronger and help me get in even better shape than I already am. I suppose that things like Zumba and Yoga added to my weekly workout plan may be very beneficial to my overall health. Or I can just add gardening to my workout routine.
